How We Deliver

We do not freeze any of our fish. We buy fresh fish, fillet/portion them and vacuum pack them for sending out. All orders are sent in insulated boxes with ice packs.

We offer next day delivery if ordered before 12 noon Monday – Thursday. To ensure your fish is as fresh as possible we can only guarantee delivery within 1 – 2 days when ordered Sunday – Thursday. This is because we do not like to risk your order not making it to you by Saturday and then being with the courier until Monday.
